TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

This Software-as-a-Service Agreement ("Agreement") is between you, either an individual or a single entity ("User" or "you"), and Electryons Inc. ("Electryons"), a corporation with its principal place of business at 130 Shore Rd Suite 111, Port Washington, NY 11050 ("Electryons Address"). The Agreement governs your use of the JusDoc™ Software ("Software").

By accessing, registering for, or using the Software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not access or use the Software.

  1. SERVICE

Electryons provides the Software as a service, which is subject to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy, accessible at https://www.jusdoc.com/privacy.

  1. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT

You must register for an account to use the Software. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information as prompted by the registration process and maintain and promptly update the information to ensure it remains accurate and complete.

  1. USE OF SOFTWARE

Subject to this Agreement's terms and conditions, Electryons grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Software.

  1. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not use the Software in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or international law, or for any unlawful purpose. You may not use the Software to send, receive, or download messages or materials that are inappropriate or violate the intellectual property rights of Electryons or others.

  1. DATA PRIVACY

You agree to our data practices, including the collection, use, processing, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy, as well as the transfer and processing of your information to the United States and other countries globally where we have or use facilities, service providers, or partners.

  1. TERM AND TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing use of the Software and destroying all materials obtained from the Software. Electryons may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice, for any reason, or no reason, at its sole discretion.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Electryons be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.

  1. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Electryons, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and representatives from any and all third party claims, losses, liability, damages, and/or costs arising from your access to or use of the Software, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

  1. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

Electryons reserves the right to revise this Agreement at any time by updating this posting. By using the Software, you agree to be bound by any such revisions.
